Bobbie Faye is always good for a laugh, and usually has a pretty good story line going, whether she wants it or not. Tough Southern gal just trying to get by, the world always intruding.
Bobbie Faye is a southern Stephanie Plum on steroids. Held hostage in a burglary and kidnapping gone wrong, Bobbie Faye calls the cops by exploding their getaway car. It's sort of her calling card. This short story is set after book three but it captures the storyline and characters to a tee. If you like it, you will love the longer books.
Toni has rereleased her Bobbie Faye short stories in ebook format for us to add to our collection as standalones. This short story is just a sweet taste of the madness that we love and know as Bobbie Faye’s life. It’s definitely R-rated for language and violent action of guns, knives, and generally things just blowing up. If you haven’t read any of the other books, I don’t know how happy you’d be with this look. Think of it as a sample or movie trailer and reason to buy the 3 books to really get to know our beloved Contraband Day’s Queen.

Toni has had a very full plate since the release of the last Bobbie Faye book juggling many projects in addition to personal trauma. Her fans may have finally convinced her to bring Bobbie Faye back for another go-round with bad guys in Louisiana… we hope! In the meantime, we read about her projects, hilarious accounts of daily life, and enjoy her photography that tells visual stories on her website.
